From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit E to head towards the Singapore River. Once you are on the riverside, walk along the river towards the north until you reach the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue walking straight. You will reach the intersection with Elgin Bridge. Turn left onto Hill Street and follow it until you reach Waterloo Street. The Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple will be on your right at 178 Waterloo St.

If you are at Clarke Quay Central, exit the mall and head towards the Singapore River. Walk along the riverfront promenade towards the north, following the path past the various riverside dining spots. Keep walking straight until you reach the Cavenagh Bridge. Cross the bridge, then walk straight ahead. At the intersection with Hill Street, turn left. Continue straight until you arrive at Waterloo Street. The Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple will be located at 178 Waterloo St on your right.

From Clarke Quay, walk to Clarke Quay MRT Station. Board the North East Line (purple line) heading towards Punggol. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (just one stop). At Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North South Line (red line) and take the train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next stop, which is Bras Basah MRT Station. Exit the station and head east along Bras Basah Road. Turn left onto Waterloo Street, and you will find the Kwan Im Thong Hood Cho Temple at 178 Waterloo St on your left.
