From Clarke Quay MRT Station, take Exit E. As you exit, head towards the Singapore River and follow the riverside promenade. Walk along the river heading towards the direction of the Central Business District. You will pass by various restaurants and bars along the way. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection of South Bridge Road. Turn left onto South Bridge Road, and the Sri Mariamman Temple will be on your left at 244 South Bridge Rd, Singapore 058793.

If you are near the Clarke Quay Central shopping mall, exit the mall and head towards the river. Turn right and walk along the river promenade until you reach the next major road, which is South Bridge Road. Turn left onto South Bridge Road, and you will see the Sri Mariamman Temple ahead on your left after a short walk.
