Follow the riverside promenade towards the east for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with New Bridge Road. Turn left onto New Bridge Road and continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Telok Ayer Street. Turn right onto Telok Ayer Street, and walk for about 5 minutes. Thian Hock Keng Temple will be on your right at 158 Telok Ayer St.

From Clarke Quay, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is Clarke Quay Bus Stop (Bus Stop ID: 01229). Take bus number 32, 54, or 63. After approximately 5 stops, get off at the Telok Ayer MRT Station. From there, exit the station and walk about 5 minutes to the east along Telok Ayer Street, and you will find Thian Hock Keng Temple at 158 Telok Ayer St on your left.
