Walking
From Clarke Quay MRT Station, exit onto River Valley Road and head towards the Singapore River. Walk along the riverfront promenade towards the east. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with New Bridge Road. Cross New Bridge Road and continue heading east. You will pass by the famous Clarke Quay and the iconic bridges. Keep walking straight until you reach the Raffles Place area. From Raffles Place, take the MRT to HarbourFront MRT Station on the North East Line (NE1). Upon arrival at HarbourFront, follow the signs to VivoCity Shopping Mall. Once inside VivoCity, take the escalator up to Level 3 and find the Sentosa Express. Board the Sentosa Express and disembark at Beach Station. From Beach Station, follow the signs to Siloso Beach. Finally, walk along Siloso Beach Walk, and you will arrive at Wings of Time located at 60 Siloso Beach Walk.

Public Transport
Start at Clarke Quay MRT Station. Take the North East Line (NE5) towards Punggol and alight at HarbourFront MRT Station (NE1). After exiting the station, head to VivoCity Shopping Mall located just next to the MRT station. From VivoCity, go to Level 3 and look for the Sentosa Express monorail station. Purchase a ticket and board the Sentosa Express towards Beach Station. Disembark at Beach Station, and follow the signs to Siloso Beach. Walk along Siloso Beach Walk, and you will reach Wings of Time at 60 Siloso Beach Walk.
