Car
If you're driving to Serangoon East Dam from Coney Island, start by exiting Coney Island through the main entrance. Head onto the Punggol road and follow the signs towards Pasir Ris. Continue until you reach the intersection with Pasir Ris Drive 3. Turn right onto Pasir Ris Drive 3 and follow it until you see the signs for Pasir Ris Coast Industrial Park. Keep an eye out for the entrance to the park and Serangoon East Dam, which will be on your left. There is no parking fee within the park.

To reach Serangoon East Dam using public transport from Coney Island, first, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the East Entrance of Coney Island. Take Bus 89 towards Pasir Ris Interchange. After approximately 20 minutes, alight at the Pasir Ris Interchange bus stop. From there, transfer to Bus 403, which will take you to Pasir Ris Coast Industrial Park. Alight at the stop closest to the park entrance and walk along the path to reach Serangoon East Dam. The total bus fare is approximately SGD 1.50.
