Public Transportation
From Coney Island, take bus service 84 from the bus stop outside the park entrance. Ride the bus for approximately 25 minutes until you reach Punggol Temporary Bus Interchange. Transfer to bus service 43 and ride for another 15 minutes. Alight at the bus stop near Punggol Point Park. From there, proceed to the jetty and take a ferry to Serangoon Island. The ferry ride takes about 10 minutes and there may be a fee of around $2 per person.

From Coney Island, head south on Coney Island Avenue and turn right onto Punggol Road. Continue on Punggol Road until you reach Punggol Point Park. Park your car in the designated area and proceed to the jetty. Take a ferry to Serangoon Island, which is about a 10-minute ride. Note that there may be a parking fee at Punggol Point Park.
