    From East Coast Park, head towards the nearest exit to the park. Make your way to East Coast Parkway (ECP) and head west. Follow the signs that lead towards the bus stops. Once you reach the bus stop, take Bus 31 towards Bedok Station. Alight at the 'Aljunied MRT Station' stop. From there, take the MRT on the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and alight at 'Bugis MRT Station'. Exit the station and walk towards Victoria Street. Continue walking straight until you reach Sultan Gate, where the Malay Heritage Centre is located at 85 Sultan Gate.

    If you have rented a bike at East Coast Park, start cycling towards the park exit and head to East Coast Parkway (ECP). Turn left onto ECP and continue cycling towards the city. Follow the path that leads to the city area. You will eventually reach the junction of ECP and Nicoll Highway. Continue straight until you reach the area of Kampong Glam. Look for Sultan Gate, and you will arrive at the Malay Heritage Centre at 85 Sultan Gate.
