From East Coast Park, locate the nearest exit that leads to East Coast Parkway (ECP). Follow the pathway leading towards the exit. Once you reach the main road (still within East Coast Park), continue walking towards the direction of the city. You should be heading north. After approximately 10-15 minutes of walking, you will reach the junction of East Coast Parkway and Paya Lebar Road. Cross the road at the pedestrian crossing to access Paya Lebar Road. Continue walking along Paya Lebar Road for about 5 minutes and you will arrive at Paya Lebar Road Park on your left.

Public Transport (Bus)
From East Coast Park, head to the nearest bus stop along East Coast Parkway. Take bus number 36 or 43 in the direction of Bedok. After about 10-15 minutes, alight at the stop named 'Paya Lebar MRT Station'. From the bus stop, walk towards Paya Lebar Road. Continue walking along Paya Lebar Road for about 5 minutes, and you will find Paya Lebar Road Park on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from East Coast Park towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) exit. Once you reach the main road, turn towards the north and cycle along East Coast Parkway until you reach the junction with Paya Lebar Road. Turn left onto Paya Lebar Road and continue cycling for about 5 minutes until you arrive at Paya Lebar Road Park on your left.
