Walking
From East Coast Park, head towards the nearest exit that leads to East Coast Parkway (ECP). Once on the ECP, walk towards the bus stop at 'East Coast Parkway (Tanjong Rhu)'. From there, take bus number 31 or 36 towards the city. Alight at 'Raffles Place MRT Station'. Walk towards the MRT exit and follow the signs to the MRT interchange. Board the MRT on the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang and alight at 'Chinatown MRT Station'. Exit the station and follow signs leading to Maxwell Road. Continue walking until you reach '45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre' where the Singapore City Gallery is located.

If you are renting a bike from East Coast Park, cycle along the designated cycling paths towards the city. Follow the coastline until you reach the East Coast Parkway (ECP) exit. Continue cycling on the ECP towards the city area. You can use bike lanes that connect to major roads. When approaching the downtown area, follow signs to 'Raffles Place'. Once you are near Raffles Place, park your bike at a designated bike parking area and walk to '45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre'.
