Starting from Labrador Nature Reserve, take the exit onto the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) from Labrador Villa Road. Continue on the AYE for approximately 7 kilometers. Take the exit toward Bukit Timah Road/Upper Bukit Timah Road. Merge onto Bukit Timah Road and continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Look for the entrance to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve on Hindhede Drive, which will be on your left. There is parking available at the reserve, but note that parking fees may apply.

From Labrador Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop, Labrador Park MRT Station. Take bus number 408 towards Bukit Panjang. Alight at the bus stop near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. After getting off, walk along Hindhede Drive for about 500 meters to reach the entrance of Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Make sure to check the bus schedule for the latest timings.

From Labrador Nature Reserve, head to Labrador Park MRT Station. Take the MRT on the Circle Line towards Dhoby Ghaut. Transfer at Bishan MRT Station to the North-South Line towards Jurong East. Alight at Bukit Panjang MRT Station. From there, take bus number 67 or 173 towards Upper Bukit Timah. Alight at the bus stop near Bukit Timah Nature Reserve. Walk along Hindhede Drive for about 500 meters to reach the entrance. This trip may take around 1 hour depending on transfer times.
