Take exit 12 for Mandai Road and continue on Mandai Road. Follow signs for Upper Peirce Reservoir Park, which is located along Old Upper Thomson Road. There is no parking fee, and the park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

    From Labrador Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus service 30 or 51 towards the direction of Thomson Road. Alight at the bus stop near Upper Thomson MRT Station. From there, transfer to bus service 138. Ride until you reach the stop at Upper Peirce Reservoir Park along Old Upper Thomson Road. The total fare for the bus ride is approximately SGD 1.50.
