From Labrador Nature Reserve, head east on Labrador Villa Road. Turn left onto Telok Blangah Road and continue straight. Merge onto the AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway) towards Woodlands. Take exit 12 for Mandai Road and continue on Mandai Road. Follow signs for Upper Peirce Reservoir Park, which is located along Old Upper Thomson Road. There is no parking fee, and the park is open daily from 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM.

Public Transportation
From Labrador Nature Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop and take bus service 30 or 51 towards the direction of Thomson Road. Alight at the bus stop near Upper Thomson MRT Station. From there, transfer to bus service 138. Ride until you reach the stop at Upper Peirce Reservoir Park along Old Upper Thomson Road. The total fare for the bus ride is approximately SGD 1.50.

Combination of Public Transportation and Walking
Start by walking to Labrador MRT Station and take the North East Line towards Punggol. Transfer at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the Circle Line and alight at Marymount MRT Station. From Marymount, take bus service 52 towards Upper Thomson and alight at the stop near Upper Peirce Reservoir Park. Walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the park entrance along Old Upper Thomson Road. The total fare for this journey is around SGD 2.00.
