Start your journey at the MacRitchie Reservoir Park entrance and head towards Lornie Road. Merge onto Lornie Road and continue straight. After about 3 km, take the exit onto Adam Road. Continue on Adam Road until you reach the junction with Upper Bukit Timah Road. Turn left onto Upper Bukit Timah Road, then turn right onto Dunearn Road. Follow Dunearn Road until it becomes Bukit Timah Road, and keep going until you reach the junction with South Bridge Road. Turn left onto South Bridge Road, and you will find Masjid Jamae on your left at 218 South Bridge Rd.

From MacRitchie Reservoir Park, walk to the nearest bus stop (located along Lornie Road). Board bus number 157 and ride for approximately 10 stops. Get off at the stop named 'Chinatown MRT'. From there, walk to the Chinatown MRT station and take the Downtown Line towards Bukit Panjang. Alight at the next stop, 'Chinatown'. Exit the station and walk along Pagoda Street, then turn left onto South Bridge Road. Masjid Jamae will be located at 218 South Bridge Rd, just a short walk from the MRT station.
