Car

If you are driving from MacRitchie Reservoir, head southeast on Lornie Road towards the AYE (Ayer Rajah Expressway). Merge onto the AYE and continue until you reach the exit for Bukit Timah Road. Take the exit towards Bukit Timah and follow the signs for Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. After approximately 10 minutes, you will arrive at 1380 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1, where the Therapeutic Garden at Bishan Park 1 is located. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation

To reach the Therapeutic Garden at Bishan Park 1 using public transportation, start from MacRitchie Reservoir and make your way to the nearest MRT station, which is the Marymount MRT Station on the Circle Line. Take the MRT towards Dhoby Ghaut and transfer to the North-South Line at Bishan MRT Station. From Bishan MRT Station, take Exit A and head towards the bus interchange. Board bus service 410 or 410W, which will take you directly to the stop at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. Alight at the bus stop near 1380 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. The Therapeutic Garden is a short walk from the bus stop.
Combination of Car and Public Transport

If you prefer to drive part of the way and then use public transport, you can drive to Bishan MRT Station and park at one of the nearby parking facilities. After parking, take the MRT from Bishan Station on the North-South Line towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next stop, which is the Ang Mo Kio MRT Station. From there, you can take bus service 410 or 410W to Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. This combination allows you to avoid traffic while still having the convenience of driving.
