Walking
If you are at the Marina Bay Sands, exit the complex and head towards the Marina Bay waterfront. Walk along the waterfront promenade, following the signs for the 'Singapore Flyer'. Continue walking until you see the Singapore Flyer, a giant observation wheel, ahead of you. 165 Sky Dining is located on Level 3 of the Singapore Flyer building. Once you reach the Flyer, take the escalator up to Level 3, and you will find 165 Sky Dining there.

If you are at Gardens by the Bay, exit the gardens from the main entrance and turn right. Walk towards the Marina Bay Sands area. Keep walking until you reach Marina Bay Sands and the waterfront promenade. Turn left and proceed towards the Singapore Flyer, following the path along the waterfront. Upon reaching the Singapore Flyer, take the escalator to Level 3 to arrive at 165 Sky Dining.

From the Merlion Park, walk along the Esplanade Drive heading towards the Marina Bay Sands. You will see the Marina Bay waterfront on your right. Keep heading straight, passing by the Marina Bay Sands. Continue walking towards the Singapore Flyer, which will be visible ahead. Upon reaching the Flyer, use the escalators to ascend to Level 3, where 165 Sky Dining is located.
