Walking
If you are at Marina Bay Sands, head towards the Marina Bay MRT Station. From the station, take the Circle Line towards HarbourFront MRT Station. Get off at HarbourFront MRT Station, then follow the signs to the Sentosa Express monorail station located at VivoCity shopping mall. Board the Sentosa Express and get off at the Imbiah Lookout station. From there, it's a short walk to Madame Tussauds Singapore located at 40 Imbiah Rd.

If you are near the Merlion Park, walk towards the Esplanade Theatres on the Bay and cross the Esplanade Bridge. Once you reach the opposite side, continue walking towards the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark. From there, take the pedestrian walkway to the Marina Bay Sands MRT Station. Follow the same route as above by taking the Circle Line to HarbourFront MRT Station, and then the Sentosa Express to Imbiah Lookout.

From the Raffles Place MRT Station, take the East West Line towards Pasir Ris and transfer at Tanah Merah MRT Station. Change to the Changi Airport Line towards Expo, then switch to the Circle Line at Paya Lebar MRT Station towards HarbourFront MRT Station. Follow the same instructions as earlier to reach the Sentosa Express and then Imbiah Lookout.
