If you are near Sentosa Station, start by heading towards the Sentosa Express monorail. Take the monorail to Beach Station. Once you arrive at Beach Station, exit the monorail and head towards Siloso Beach. Follow the path towards Siloso Point. As you walk, you will see signs directing you to Wings of Time. From anywhere in Sentosa, you can take the Beach Shuttle bus. Look for the Beach Shuttle bus stops, which are clearly marked. Board the bus heading towards Siloso Beach.
