If you are near Marina Bay, head towards the nearest MRT station, which is Bayfront MRT Station. From there, take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut and alight at Stadium MRT Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs leading to the National Stadium, which is about a 10-minute walk. Exit the station and turn right onto Stadium Drive, and you will see the National Stadium ahead.

Start at Marina Bay MRT Station and take the Circle Line (Yellow Line) towards Dhoby Ghaut. Get off at the next stop, which is Promenade MRT Station. From there, transfer to Bus 16 or Bus 75 and get off at the Stadium Bus Stop. The National Stadium is a short walk from the bus stop; just head towards Stadium Drive and you'll see the stadium.
