Car
If you're driving from Novena, head north on Thomson Road towards the junction with Newton Road. Turn left onto Newton Road, then merge onto the Central Expressway (CTE) towards the city. Follow the signs for the CTE until you reach Exit 17B for Bras Basah Road. Merge onto Bras Basah Road, and SAM at Bras Basah (SJI) will be on your left at 71 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189555. Parking is available at the museum, but be aware that parking fees apply.

From Novena MRT Station (NS20), board the North-South Line (NSL) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station (NS24/NE6/CC1). Transfer to the North-East Line (NEL) and take the train towards Punggol. Alight at the next stop, Little India MRT Station (NE7). Exit the station and walk along Serangoon Road towards Bras Basah Road. After approximately 15 minutes, you will arrive at SAM at Bras Basah (SJI) at 71 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189555.

From Novena, walk to the nearest bus stop at Novena Square. Board Bus 21 or 131 and ride for about 20 minutes. Alight at the bus stop on Bras Basah Road, which is close to the museum. Walk a short distance to reach SAM at Bras Basah (SJI) at 71 Bras Basah Rd, Singapore 189555. Bus fares apply, and you can pay using an EZ-Link card or cash.
