From Novena MRT Station, take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at the next station, Orchard MRT Station. Transfer to the Thomson-East Coast Line (Brown Line) and head towards Woodlands North. Alight at the next station, Somerset MRT Station. From Somerset MRT Station, exit and walk towards Orchard Road. You can take a bus (Bus 65 or 77) from Orchard Road to the nearest bus stop to Jelutong Tower. The bus stop is called 'Lornie Road - Jelutong Tower'. From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the tower.

By Car
If you are driving from Novena, head southwest on Thomson Road towards Lornie Road. Continue straight and take a left turn onto Lornie Road. Follow Lornie Road until you reach the Central Catchment Nature Reserve area. Look for signage indicating Jelutong Tower. There is parking available near the base of the tower. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around SGD 1.50 per hour.
