Continue on CTE and then take the exit towards Bukit Timah Road. Merge onto Bukit Timah Road, and follow the signs for Dhoby Ghaut. Turn onto Mount Emily Road, where you'll find Mount Emily Park. There is limited street parking available near the park, so be sure to check for parking restrictions.
