If you are at the Orchard MRT Station, take Exit B which will lead you directly to Orchard Road. Once you are on Orchard Road, walk towards the direction of Ion Orchard. You will pass by several shops and landmarks. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Orchard Turn. ION Orchard is located right at this intersection on your right, at 2 Orchard Turn.

If you are at the Paragon Shopping Centre, exit the building and turn left onto Orchard Road. Walk along Orchard Road, passing by the Orchard Gateway mall. Keep walking straight until you reach the junction with Orchard Turn. ION Orchard will be on your left at 2 Orchard Turn.

If you are coming from Ngee Ann City (Takashimaya), walk towards Orchard Road and exit onto the main street. Turn right onto Orchard Road and walk straight. You will see ION Orchard in front of you as you approach the junction with Orchard Turn. It is located directly at the junction, at 2 Orchard Turn.
