If you are starting from Orchard MRT Station, take Exit A towards Orchard Road. Once you exit, turn left and walk along Orchard Road. You will pass several shopping malls such as ION Orchard and Wisma Atria on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Orchardgateway at 216 Orchard Road. The Singapore Visitor Centre is located within the orchardgateway mall on the ground floor.

If you are near Ion Orchard, exit the mall and head towards Orchard Road. Turn right and walk down Orchard Road. You will pass by various shops and restaurants. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will see orchardgateway on your right. The Singapore Visitor Centre is located inside the mall on the ground floor.

If you're at Takashimaya Shopping Centre, exit the mall and turn left onto Orchard Road. Walk straight for about 10 minutes, passing by several other malls such as Wisma Atria and ION Orchard. You will reach orchardgateway, located at 216 Orchard Road. The Singapore Visitor Centre is on the ground floor of the orchardgateway mall.

From the Singapore Botanic Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards Bukit Timah Road. Take a bus (Bus 105) to Orchard Road. Once you get off, walk towards the nearest mall, which is ION Orchard. From there, turn left and walk straight for about 5 minutes until you reach orchardgateway at 216 Orchard Road. The Singapore Visitor Centre is located inside the mall on the ground floor.
