There is ample parking available, but it may incur a parking fee depending on the duration of your stay.

Public Transportation - MRT
Take the East West Line (EWL) on the MRT and alight at Pasir Ris MRT Station. Once you exit the station, head towards the bus interchange located next to the station. From there, take Bus 403, which will take you directly to Pasir Ris Park. The bus ride is approximately 10-15 minutes. The fare for the bus is around SGD 1.00, and you can pay using an EZ-Link card or cash.
