To reach Istana Park using the MRT, make your way to Pasir Ris MRT Station. Board the East West Line (EWL) towards Tanah Merah. Transfer at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station to the North South Line (NSL) towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Orchard MRT Station (Exit A). From Orchard MRT Station, head towards Orchard Road and walk towards Istana Park, which is located near the Istana, bounded by Orchard Road, Penang Road, Penang Lane, and Buyong Road. The walk takes about 10 minutes.

If you prefer to take the bus, start at Pasir Ris Bus Interchange. Take bus service 12 or 17 towards the city. Alight at the bus stop near Orchard Road (opposite ION Orchard).
