From Sembawang MRT Station, take Bus 859. Board the bus at the bus stop directly outside the MRT station. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes and alight at the bus stop 'Sembawang Park'. From there, walk towards the main road and catch Bus 950 towards Johor Bahru. This bus will take you to the immigration checkpoint. After clearing immigration, you will find yourself in Johor Bahru. Take a short walk towards the city center and ask locals for directions to Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, which is around 15 minutes away on foot.

Begin your journey at Sembawang MRT Station. Take the North-South Line train towards Marina South Pier. Alight at Woodlands MRT Station. From Woodlands MRT Station, exit and walk to the adjacent bus interchange. Take Bus 950, which heads towards Johor Bahru. After crossing the border, get off at the first stop in Johor Bahru. Walk approximately 15 minutes towards Jalan Tan Hiok Nee, which is a cultural center in the area. You can ask locals for assistance if needed.
