If you are starting from Sembawang MRT Station, exit the station and head east towards Sembawang Road. Walk along Sembawang Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the junction with Jalan Mempurong. Turn left onto Jalan Mempurong and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. You will see Passionwave Building on your right at 60 Jalan Mempurong. It's Satay is located on the second floor of this building.

From Sembawang MRT Station, walk to the nearby bus stop (Sembawang MRT Station Exit A). Board bus number 882 or 859. Alight at the stop after 4 stops, named 'Sembawang Shopping Centre'. From there, walk to the left along Sembawang Road until you reach Jalan Mempurong. Turn left onto Jalan Mempurong and walk straight for about 5 minutes to reach Passionwave Building. It's Satay is located on the second floor.
