If you are near the Serangoon MRT Station, take the North East Line (NEL) towards Harbourfront. The journey will take about 4 minutes. Get off at the next stop, Serangoon Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for NEX Shopping Mall which is directly connected to the MRT station. You will find multiple escalators and lifts leading up to the mall entrance.

Upon arrival, look for the parking entrance on the left side of the building. The parking fee typically ranges from SGD 1.20 to SGD 3.00 per hour depending on the time of day, so be sure to check the rates upon entry.
