If you are driving, set your GPS to 1.2914, 103.8309 to reach Pipeline Arch. From Serangoon, head south on Upper Serangoon Road. Merge onto the Central Expressway (CTE) and take the exit toward Braddell Road. Continue on Braddell Road until you reach the junction with Lornie Road. Take a left onto Lornie Road, then merge back onto CTE. Take the exit toward Bukit Timah Road, and then follow the signs to Singapore River. To reach Pipeline Arch using public transport, start at Serangoon MRT Station. Take the North East Line (Purple Line) towards HarbourFront and alight at Dhoby Ghaut MRT Station. From Dhoby Ghaut, transfer to the North South Line (Red Line) and head towards Marina South Pier. Alight at City Hall MRT Station. Exit the station and walk towards the Singapore River.
