To reach Terrace Garden using public transportation, locate the nearest MRT station in Southern Ridges, which is the HarbourFront MRT Station (NE1). From HarbourFront, take Exit B and catch Bus 409 from the bus stop outside the station. Ride the bus until you reach the stop at Telok Blangah Hill Park. Once you get off, follow the signs leading to Terrace Garden which is about a 10-minute walk uphill. The bus fare is approximately SGD 1.00-2.00, depending on the distance traveled.

If you are already in the vicinity of Southern Ridges and prefer walking, you can take the Southern Ridges trail towards Telok Blangah Hill Park.
