From Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, head southeast on Kranji Way towards the exit of the reserve. Turn left onto Kranji Road, then take a right onto Woodlands Road. Continue straight for about 5 kilometers. You will see Kranji War Memorial on your left at 9 Woodlands Rd, Singapore 738656. Parking is available near the memorial, but ensure to check for any parking fees.

From Sungei Buloh Wetland Reserve, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Kranji Way. Take bus number 925 towards Kranji MRT Station. Alight at the 'Kranji War Memorial' stop. The memorial is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 500 meters away. Follow Woodlands Road until you reach the memorial at 9 Woodlands Rd, Singapore 738656. Note that bus fares apply, and you can pay via an EZ-Link card or cash.
