Public Transport
From Tampines MRT Station, take the East West Line (EWL) towards Pasir Ris. Alight at Tanah Merah MRT Station. Transfer to bus service 35 from the Tanah Merah Bus Interchange, which is located just outside the MRT station. Take bus 35 and alight at the 'Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal' stop. From the ferry terminal, purchase a ticket for a ferry to Batam. The ferry ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you arrive at the Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, take a taxi to Batam View Beach Resort located at Jalan Hang Lekir, Sambau, Nongsa, Batam City, Riau Islands.

At Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, board a ferry heading to Batam. Make sure to check the ferry schedule in advance as it may vary. Once on the ferry, enjoy the scenic ride across the Singapore Strait. Upon arrival at Batam Centre Ferry Terminal, you will need to clear customs and immigration. Afterward, you can find taxis available at the terminal to take you to Batam View Beach Resort. The resort is about a 30-minute taxi ride from the ferry terminal.
