If you are in the vicinity of Tampines MRT Station, exit the station and head towards Tampines 1 shopping mall. From there, you can walk along Tampines Avenue 1. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Tampines Street 21. Turn right into Tampines Street 21 and walk along the road. Festival Park is located at Block 254, which will be on your left side. The park is easily recognizable and offers a green space to relax.
