If you are driving from the West Region, start by getting onto the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) or the Bukit Timah Expressway (BKE). From AYE, take the exit towards the BKE and continue on the BKE towards Yishun. Then take the exit towards Seletar Expressway (SLE) and follow the signs for Yishun. Take Exit 2 and merge onto Yishun Avenue 1. Lower Seletar Reservoir Park will be on your left. Look for parking facilities near the park entrance.

To reach Lower Seletar Reservoir Park by MRT, head to the nearest MRT station in the West Region, such as Bukit Batok MRT Station. Take the North-South Line (Red Line) towards Kranji and transfer at Yishun MRT Station. Upon arriving at Yishun MRT Station, exit the station and take bus service 812 from the bus interchange, which is located right next to the MRT station. Alight at the bus stop 'Yishun Ave 1 - Lower Seletar Reservoir Park'. The park is a short walk from the bus stop.
