    If you are starting from Woodlands MRT Station, exit the station and head towards the bus interchange. From the interchange, take Bus 901 or Bus 911. Alight at the stop 'Woodlands Dr 17 - Blk 888' after about 5 stops. Once you alight, walk towards the direction of the bus stop you just left from. Continue straight on Woodlands Drive for about 5 minutes until you see Masjid Yusof Ishak on your left at 10 Woodlands Dr 17.

    From Woodlands Civic Centre, head to the bus stop in front of the mall. Take Bus 911 or Bus 901. After approximately 15 minutes and about 7 stops, get off at 'Woodlands Dr 17 - Blk 888'. Walk towards the mosque, which is about a 5-minute walk straight down Woodlands Drive. The mosque will be on your left at 10 Woodlands Dr 17.

    If you are near Woodlands Regional Library, exit the library and head towards Woodlands Drive. Walk along Woodlands Drive in the direction of the mosque. It is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. You will see Masjid Yusof Ishak at 10 Woodlands Dr 17 on your right side.
