If you are at Yishun MRT Station, exit the station and head towards Yishun Avenue 2. Walk along Yishun Avenue 2 until you reach the Yishun Bus Interchange. From the bus interchange, you can take Bus 812. Alight at the ORTO bus stop. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Lor Chencharu. The Live Turtle Museum is located at 81 Lor Chencharu, #01-16, ORTO, which is just a short walk from the bus stop.
