Getting There

  • Walking

    Start at the center of Cole Bay, near the Cole Bay Hill. Head west on Welfare Road (Route 7) towards the Simpson Bay Lagoon. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Marigot. Turn left onto the road that leads to Marigot. This road will take you into Marigot. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you arrive at Fort St. Louis, which is located on a hill overlooking the bay.

    From a central location in Cole Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop along Welfare Road. Board a bus heading towards Marigot. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Marigot, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow the signs leading to Fort St. Louis, which is a short uphill walk from the waterfront area.
