If you are driving from Dawn Beach, start by heading south on Oyster Pond Road (Route 4). Continue straight for about 3.5 km until you reach the intersection with Route 2. Turn left onto Route 2 and follow the signs towards Philipsburg. After about 2 km, take the exit towards Lowlands. Continue on this road until you see signs for Mullet Beach. Follow the signs, and you will arrive at Mullet Beach, which has a parking area nearby. Please note that parking may incur a small fee.
