  From Dawn Beach, head west on Dawn Beach Road. Continue for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Welfare Road. Turn left onto Welfare Road and follow it for about 4 kilometers. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to Philipsburg. Once you hit the coast, turn right onto Juancho Yrausquin Blvd. Red Baron Charters will be located at Dock Maarten on your left side.
