From Little Bay, head east on Welfare Rd (the main road). Continue straight for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the Cole Bay Hill. Turn left at the intersection and continue driving for another 1 kilometer. Topper's Rhum Distillery will be on your right at 60 Welfare Rd, Cole Bay. There is parking available on-site.

Take a public bus from Little Bay. Look for buses heading towards Philipsburg or Cole Bay. You can catch the bus at the main bus stop in Little Bay. The fare is usually around $1.50. Inform the driver you want to go to Cole Bay. The bus will drop you off near the intersection of Welfare Rd. From there, walk about 500 meters west on Welfare Rd, and you will see Topper's Rhum Distillery at 60 Welfare Rd on your left.
