    Car

    To reach Spiš Castle by car, take the D1 motorway east towards Poprad. Exit the motorway at the Štôla exit and follow the signs towards Spišská Nová Ves. From Spišská Nová Ves, follow the signs for Spiš Castle. The castle is located on a hill overlooking the town and there is a parking lot at the base of the hill where visitors can leave their car.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Spiš Castle by public transportation, take a train or bus to Spišské Podhradie. From Spišské Podhradie, you can either walk up to the castle (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi. Alternatively, you can take a bus from Spišské Podhradie to Spiš Castle, although the bus schedule may be limited so it is best to check in advance.
