If you are driving from Banská Bystrica, take the E572 road heading north towards Brezno. Stay on E572 for approximately 36 kilometers. As you approach Brezno, follow the signs for 'Brezno' and take the exit toward Banisko. Continue on Banisko Street for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will find Kalvária Brezno on your left. There is parking available near the site, but check for any parking fees.

To reach Kalvária Brezno by bus, start at the Banská Bystrica bus station. Look for bus services to Brezno, which are frequent. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Upon arriving at Brezno bus station, exit the station and walk towards the main road. From there, you can either walk (approximately 20 minutes) heading north on Hlavná Street, or catch a local bus that goes towards 'Banisko' to get closer to Kalvária Brezno.

If you prefer trains, you can take a train from Banská Bystrica to Brezno. Check the train schedule as they are less frequent, and the journey takes about 1 hour. Once you arrive at Brezno train station, exit and take a taxi or a local bus to Banisko. Taxis are available outside the station and will take you directly to Kalvária Brezno for a small fee.
