Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, head towards the center of Bratislava. Use the address 811 02 Bratislava in your GPS. If you are coming from the D1 highway, take the exit towards Bratislava city center. Follow the signs for Hlavné námestie (Main Square) and then head towards the Špitálska street. After reaching the intersection with Karadžičova street, turn left. Continue straight until you reach the area near the Presidential Palace, which is close to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Parking may be limited, so look for designated parking areas nearby.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  To reach the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier via public transportation, take bus number 93 from any major bus stop in Bratislava. Board the bus at your nearest station and ride until you reach the 'Palace' stop (Palác). From there, it’s a short walk to the Tomb, which is located in the vicinity of the Presidential Palace. Follow the signs or use a mapping app for precise walking directions. Ensure you have a valid ticket, which can be purchased at kiosks or via the mobile app.

  Another option is to take tram number 1 or 3 from any tram stop in the city. Board the tram and get off at the 'Radlinského' stop. From there, head west on Karadžičova street, which will lead you towards the area of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier near the Presidential Palace.   If you are already in the central area of Bratislava, walking to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier is a viable option.
