Bus
From Bratislava city center, head to the main bus station 'Autobusová stanica Nivy'. Take bus number 801 towards 'Hlavná stanica'. Get off at the 'Most SNP' stop. From there, transfer to bus number 93 towards 'Hainburg Grenze'. After approximately 45 minutes, disembark at the 'Petronell-Carnuntum' stop. Walk about 5 minutes to Hauptstraße 1A, where Römerstadt Carnuntum is located.
Train
From Bratislava Hlavná Stanica (Main Train Station), purchase a ticket to 'Bruck an der Leitha'. Board a train heading there, which departs every hour. After around 30 minutes, get off at the 'Bruck an der Leitha' station. From the station, take bus number 910 towards 'Petronell-Carnuntum'. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Disembark at the 'Petronell-Carnuntum' stop and walk about 10 minutes to Hauptstraße 1A.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the bike-sharing services in Bratislava. Start from the city center and head towards the Danube River bike path. Follow the path towards the border with Austria. Continue along the bike route until you reach Petronell-Carnuntum. It's about a 30 km ride and should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace. Once in Petronell-Carnuntum, follow the signs to Hauptstraße 1A.
Walking
Walking from Bratislava to Römerstadt Carnuntum is not practical due to the distance (approximately 30 km). However, if you are up for a long hike, start from the city center and head towards the Danube River, following the riverbank path. This scenic route will take you through nature and small villages. Expect the hike to take about 6-8 hours. Once you reach Petronell-Carnuntum, navigate to Hauptstraße 1A.
