From any location in Ruzinov, head to the nearest tram stop. You can take tram line 4 or 9 towards the city center. Make sure to purchase a ticket from a nearby kiosk or use a mobile app; a single journey ticket costs around €0.70. Alight at the 'Špitálska' stop, which is approximately 8 stops away from Ruzinov. From there, walk towards the 'Župné námestie' which is a 10-minute walk.

Locate a nearby bus stop in Ruzinov. Take bus line 50 towards 'Hlavná stanica' (Main Train Station). After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Karadžičova' stop. From there, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the Historic building of the National Council of the Slovak Republic (Župný dom) at Župné námestie 591. Ensure to buy your bus ticket beforehand for around €0.70.
