If you are traveling by car, head towards the village of Slavec. From the center of Gemer, take Route 3 in the direction of Rožňava. Follow the signs for Slavec. Once you enter the village, look for signs directing you to Gombasek Cave. The cave is located approximately 3 km from the village center. There is parking available near the entrance. Please note that there may be a parking fee of around €2.

For those using public transport, take a bus from the main bus station in Rožňava to Slavec. Buses run regularly, and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Slavec, you will need to walk approximately 3 km to reach Gombasek Cave. Follow the local roads, and look for signs indicating the direction of the cave. It's advisable to check the bus schedule in advance to ensure you have a return option.
