Walking
If you are starting from the Main Street (Hlavná ulica) in Košice, head east towards the St. Elisabeth Cathedral. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the street where it intersects with Karpaty Street (Karpaty ulica). At this intersection, turn left onto Karpaty Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the street named Špitálska. Turn right onto Špitálska. After a short walk, you will see the Memorial to TG Masaryk and M. R. Stefanik on your left, located in a small park area.

From the Košice Main Railway Station (Hlavná železničná stanica), take tram line 2 heading towards the 'Národná' stop. Stay on the tram for two stops, then disembark at 'Mlynská' stop. From the tram stop, walk straight along Mlynská street until you reach Karpaty Street. Turn left onto Karpaty Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Špitálska Street. Turn right onto Špitálska, and you will see the Memorial to TG Masaryk and M. R. Stefanik on your left.
