If you are starting from the Košice train station, exit the station and head straight along the main street, Hlavná ulica. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. Keep walking until you reach the large open square; this is Hlavné námestie.
Public Transport
From the Košice train station, you can take tram number 2 towards 'Mlynská'. Board the tram and travel for three stops, disembarking at the 'Hlavná' stop. From there, walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will arrive at Hlavné námestie, which will be visible as a large open space ahead.

If you are staying near the East Slovak Museum, exit the museum and head south on Hlavná ulica. Walk straight for about 500 meters, and you will see Hlavné námestie come into view on your right. The square is a central hub and features notable buildings and cafes.
