Car
If you are starting from the town of Liptovský Mikuláš, drive towards Demänovská Dolina via Route 584. Follow the signs for Demänovská Caves. Once you reach Demänovská Dolina, continue straight until you see signs for the parking area near the cable car station for Jasná. Park your car in the designated area (there may be a parking fee of about €5 per day). From the parking area, walk towards the cable car station.
Cable Car
Take the cable car from the Jasná station up to the mountain area. The ticket for the cable car ride costs around €10-€15 for a round trip, depending on the season. Enjoy the scenic views as you ascend. Once you reach the upper station, follow the marked trails towards Rúbanisko nad Jasnou. It is about a 30-minute hike from the cable car station.
Public Transportation
If you are using public transport, take a bus from Liptovský Mikuláš to Demänovská Dolina. Buses run regularly, and the fare is approximately €2-€3. Once you arrive at the Demänovská Dolina bus stop, walk towards the Jasná cable car station, which is about a 15-minute walk. From there, you can take the cable car as described above.
