Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Terchová. Head southeast on the main road (Hlavná) towards the direction of the Mala Fatra National Park. Follow the road until you see the signs for 'Hate.' The drive should take about 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Parking is available near the attraction.
Public Transportation
To reach Hate by public transportation, first take a bus from Žilina to Terchová. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Terchová, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Hate, which is about 4 km away. The taxi fare should be around €5-€10. If you prefer to walk, follow the main road southeast out of Terchová until you reach Hate.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of Terchová and prefer walking, from the main square, head southeast on Hlavná street. Continue straight until you reach the junction with the road leading to Hate. It is a pleasant walk through the picturesque landscape of the Mala Fatra National Park, taking approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the destination.
