Bus
From Martin, take the bus from the main bus station (Autobusová stanica Martin) towards Kláštor pod Znievom. Buses are frequent, so check the schedule on the station's timetable or online. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kláštor pod Znievom bus stop, exit the bus and head towards the main road (Hlavná ulica).
Walking
After exiting the bus at Kláštor pod Znievom, walk along Hlavná ulica for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Znievská cesta. Turn right onto Znievská cesta and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see signs indicating the direction to Castle Zniev. The path is well-marked and leads uphill towards the castle.
Hiking
As you approach Castle Zniev, the last part of your journey will be via a hiking trail. Follow the signs that point towards the castle. The trail will lead you through a beautiful forested area, and the hike should take around 20 minutes. Be prepared for some steep sections, but the views will be worth it as you get closer to the ruins.
